At JTO Fitness Solutions, we want you to love your purchase!
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fitness equipment (e.g., resistance bands, mats, bottles)
- Intimate apparel, such as sports bras or undergarments
- Clearance or final-sale items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at support@jtofitnesssolutions.com.
- Include your Order Number, Reason for Return, and (if applicable) a photo of the item.
- Our team will review your request and provide the return address and instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- We are not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email support@jtofitnesssolutions.com within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
