  • You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Available on selected promotions or orders above a certain amount (as shown at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

JTO Fitness Solutions is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to international shipments.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jtofitnesssolutions.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
